Outside of work, I enjoy writing, backpacking, and learning new skills. I've spent the last few years immersing myself in traditional art forms like Bharatnatyam and Kalari. I spend most of the money I make at restaurants or buying artisanal cheese. One day, I dream of perfecting the traditional hollandaise recipe.
